The Bulig Funds
Bulig Fund is a scholarship and prize fund for the Catbaloganon and
Samarnon. It is a fund solely devoted for these purpose or in service
organization terms it is comparable to charity fund which in definition a
fund that cannot be use for administrative or implementation of project.
    Therefore the accounting of such Bulig Fund is very transparent for
everybody to see and so as encourage every body to donate and help
our fellow kababayans. And this concept was spearheaded by the 3
individuals known as MJM. Marasigan, Jubane and Malinao. If you wish
to donate or if you have projects in line with  the mission and goals of
